説明して上司が説明を理解しないと
"説明が悪い"という評価になるが、
説明を部下が分からない場合、
"理解する側の理解力が悪い"
となる…。
笑えない…、笑。
If the boss can not understand the explanation,
the evaluation is ＊The explanation is bad＊.
however if subordinate can not understand the explanation,
the evaluation is ＊the subordinate is not clever＊.
I can not laugh this episode.・・・Ha-ha.
